Regulations

§1

Orders are received through the website: www.souvenirsfromcracow.pl . After placing an order, customer will get an  return e-mail as a confirmation of received order.

§ 2

From the moment of receiving an order from the customer the process of realization starts. Time of realization – 24h (on working days, from Monday to Friday). At that time customer can resign or make changes in the order through e-mail info@souvenirfromcracow.pl . At the time also customer will be informed if his/her order is complete or can be fulfill at all due to shortage of the assortment at that moment – customer him/herself will decide about possible realization of part of the order, prolonged time of realization or resignation from the ordered product.

§ 3

Sequence of orders determines the priority to the products.

A receipt is enclosed to every order, and only on its grounds exchange or making a complaint is possible.

§ 5

Prices on this website are given in Polish Zloty, Euro and Dollar currency. Euro and Dollar according to convert of the Polish National Bank. Price of each item is valid at the time of placing an order. The shop reserves rights to changes in prices and introducing new products to the offer.

§6

Period of receiving mail package includes 24h time of realization + time of delivery (from 7 to 14 days).

§ 7

Mail packages to abroad can only be paid by credit card.

§ 8

Price of an order = value of a product + cost of delivery (chart).

§ 9

According to the Consumers’ Rights Act from 2nd March 2002, a customer can refuse accepting product bought in our shop without giving a reason within 10 days from the date he/she received the package on the condition that the item has the original packaging, does not have marks of usage or is partly or utterly damaged. Then it should be sent at the address of the company enclosing receipt. The shop returns the value of the purchased item without costs of delivery.

§ 10

Complaints – if a delivered product is partly or utterly damaged or has any kind of  failure occurred during delivery, a customer should send a mail package back at the address: ul. Śląska 3/5 30-003 Kraków.

Complaints will be considered in 3 days time from the date of receiving a mail package. After having resolved a complaint successfully, a customer receives costs of delivery and product will be replaced by undamaged one. In case of shortage of a product a customer receives costs of delivery and value of the faulty item. Money will be sent to bank account number given by a customer.

§ 11

souvenirsfromcracow.pl shop sells products on the Internet.

§ 12

Some of the handmade items, amber jewelry and amberware may slightly differ from the products presented on this website.
